Overview

For most of our clients, the focus remains on classic presswork: in other words, on print and online media as well as – though somewhat less often in B2B communication – radio and TV. Alongside our presswork, we use modern PR controlling methods.  This permits us to control PR activities more efficiently and optimise them for our clients.

Depending on the complexity of the market environment or product, strategy consulting may be required; if this is the case, the exact positioning is determined and the campaign content that goes with it is defined.

Generally speaking, media training makes communication with journalists and the public more effective and also serves to prepare for a possible crisis. Our staff members also attend media trainings regularly.

Small and large crises can hit any company: for example in the form of a smear campaign by a competitor or excessive criticism from angry customers who choose social media as a platform. No matter whether we are talking about security gaps, a sales slump or an accident – it is important to define in advance what actually constitutes a crisis and how to respond to it.

Social media relations are also included in our range of services. As content providers and experienced communicators we understand how to use the art of persuasion and engage in the informal social media dialogue.
