
Gabriele Horcher (born 1968) is the agency’s co-founder, co-owner and managing director. After completing her studies at the Frankfurt Academy for Marketing Communication, Ms Horcher began her career at Ferck Public Relations, a Frankfurt-based agency specialising in IT. In the course of her more than five years at Ferck, she rose to the position of managing director of Ferck Euro PR. She subsequently worked for six months in New York for Novelli Brodeur & Partner, a PR agency. Back in Germany, she set up a PR department for PubliCare Marketing Communications GmnH, an agency also focused on Information technology and based in Frankfurt. In the year 2000, she and Thomas Möller founded Möller Horcher Public Relations GmbH. Since then, she has been at the head of the company and is also responsible for concept design and business development.
Gabriele Horcher has been holding lectures on media science at the Mittweida University of Applied Sciences since 2007. In 2010, Ms Horcher also began teaching communications controlling to students of the PR Master degree course “Public Relations & Corporate Communication” at BiTs- Business and Information Technology School, a state-approved private university in Iserlohn. In addition, she is an active member of the German Public Relations Association (DPRG)’s value creation working group.

Thomas Möller (born 1963) is the co-founder, co-owner and creative director of Möller Horcher. He attended Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, where he studied German language and literature, philosophy, film and TV. After he finished his studies, he worked as a film historian at the German Film Museum and at the German Film Institute, both located in Frankfurt am Main. He was involved in preparing exhibitions, catalogues, books and image brochures and was responsible for presswork. Beginning in 1999, he was a PR editor at PubliCare Marketing Communications GmbH, a Frankfurt-based communications agency specialised in IT. Shortly thereafter, in the year 2000, he and Gabriele Horcher founded their own agency. In his capacity as Möller Horcher’s creative director he is responsible for editing and design.

Marco Pfohl (born 1980) became Agency Manager Offenbach at Möller Horcher PR’s head office at the beginning of 2012. Marco Pfohl studied political and communication sciences at Augsburg University. He had already gathered extensive experience in press and public relations work before he came to Möller Horcher in 2008 to work as a consultant. In addition he received a scholarship in 2011 to attend Quadriga University of Applied Sciences Berlin and has begun the Communication & Leadership MBA programme there on a part-time basis. Today, Marco Pfohl is the first contact partner for customers and colleagues at Möller Horcher’s Offenbach headquarters and will represent - in addition to customer relations, personnel management and coordinating external service providers – management as required.

Sandy Wilzek (born 1980) is Agency Manager at Möller Horcher Public Relations Freiberg. She has been at the head of the Dresden office since it was founded in 2006. She studied media management at Mittweida University of Applied Sciences before she began her career at Möller Horcher in 2003. She successfully completed Möller Horcher’s one-year trainee program – since 2006 she herself has been training PR consultants at Möller Horcher. In her capacity as senior consultant and account manager, she develops ideas and concepts for media and investor relations, internal communication, international presswork and social media relations. Sandy Wilzek is a member of the German Public Relations Association (DPRG - Deutsche Public Relations Gesellschaft e.V.).
